It's like I'm coming back every month it seems lol but I’m working on a schedule to be a bit more organized and pump out more posts for y’all !
I just wanted to get back on here to chat, check up, talk shit lol

I feel a bit hyper now lol, but lets refocus.
I wanted to get back on here and just chat about some things business, personal yada yada.
I recently posted a Youtube ( link will be down below) and I briefly talked about how I am creating a course surrounding working through and releasing shame through adolescent years that still affects many of us as adults. Shame and fear around sex, inadequate sex education, unfulfilling relationships and low self esteem impact how we view and behave in our sexuality. And this course will help process and release old beliefs and stories so you can finally experience a satisfying sex life! I am so excited to be working on this and I know you all will see amazing results!
As for my personal life, I think I have shared before that I am very much still in my spiritual journey, excitement over making my dreams, aspirations and hobbies top priority. Manifesting and chilling you know? I live through the good and the bad and in between ( but ofcourse more good than ever before !)
Currently I am also working on a few blog posts and I always find myself with a ton of ideas but never know what to work on first so I’ll just work on it all at the same time and see how it goes lol. I want to make this more of a consistent thing to write blog posts because I enjoy writing and researching these topics - as you learn I also learn.
