KITTEN TALK 20: PREPPING FOR 🍑 ANAL

Omg I notice I be coming back to write after almost a month like wow. Ya'll need to yell at me or sum.
I am back with another amazing blog post ofcourse, and it's all about prepping for: anal!
Usually people talk about anal in the sense of “ gay” sex ( male with male), but tons of women love it (and men enjoy their women doing it to them) so it's pretty normal for many to engage in this.
And if you are someone who wants to practice anal sex or simply just curious, read along on how to properly prepare for anal play.
So, lets get into the actual preparation of anal.
Obviously, you need to cleanse your butthole. Washing the anal area with unscented soap and water can help, but you may want to clean the actual inside to try to avoid any messes. The rectum is 5-6 inches long and this is where you need to cleanse the poop out. People usually use an enema to flush out their rectum , but this comes with risks. Using store bought enemas especially ones that may include laxatives, can become very dangerous even. Using laxatives too much, can make your body dependent, making it harder to use the bathroom on your own. The harsh solution can irritate your rectum and create tears which runs risk to spread bacteria and STIs(D). Using laxatives too much in general can cause dehydration and damage to your organs. Also avoid shower enemas,sometimes called " shots" which attach to the shower with a long hose. They can release a pressure that is way too strong and you can damage your colon ( look up colovesical fistula)
A few hours before sex, you can use the bulb from a store brought enema ( empty it out first ) and fill it up with filtered warm water. Sitting over the toilet you want to insert it in your anus ( use lube! ) and pump water and wait a few seconds before pushing it out. You want to do this a few times until the water runs clear ( or as clear as it can get lol )
Additional tips:
1. If you shave or get your butthole waxed, wait 1-2 days before sex. Any abrasions or cuts can lead to the spread of bacteria or STIs.
2. TAKE IT SLOW. Please I beg you. Just because you have seen pornstars stick armchairs up their ass and they’re moaning doesn’t mean you need to copy it. You can damage your rectum / colon ( think inserting something too large too fast or forcing something up there and you WILL need an emergency trip to the hospital). If you’re using toys , always use a dildo / vibrator/ butt plug with a base.
3. Communicate. If you’re engaging in partner play and you’re on the receiving end, don’t be afraid to say “slow down”, “no this way” or “ that hurts” don’t ever force yourself through any pain or ignore your boundaries . If you’re the giver , make sure you’re checking in with your partner and listening to any requests.
4. It can be messy. You can prepare as well as you can but it is your butthole , where poop comes out of. Make sure all parties understand this is normal and can happen. To clean up messes maybe keep some wipes near the bed , and a towel to lay on to avoid staining the sheets. Run to the shower if need be.
5. If you’re switching from anal to vaginal , always switch up toys, gloves , condoms , etc. Not doing so can spread bacteria from the anus to the vagina and cause a nasty infection.
6. Use lots of lube, I mean it. The anus does have a mucus lining that helps poop pass over but that is not the same as vaginal wetness. Best lubes to use are water based or silicon based - oil based can damage latex condoms and make them break.
7. Try to eat something light or something that won’t upset your stomach and cause a mess later on. Also eating lots of fiber helps you poop easier anyway.
