KITTEN TALK 39: COLLECTIVE TAROT MESSAGE ๐
Long time no see! Iโve returned from my travels and Iโm ready to share a collective message. There's been a big heatwave here recently, so I hope everyoneโs been staying cool and drinking tons of water!

1. Yes, there is chaos in the world. No, you donโt need to tend to it all.
In the age of social media, it has its perks. You send funny memes to your friends, use it to keep in contact with loved ones, run your own business, take selfies, etc. The downside is how much exposure we really have. Being exposed to so many things around the world at once can have profound effects on our mental health, especially if we don't learn to come back within ourselves. People who want to make you feel bad for not doomscrolling or constantly posting about x issues all day, clearly don't understand they are subjecting themselves constantly to trauma porn. Yes, you know what's going on, but now you're putting your brain in a negative thought loop when you wake up at 6 am sharp to get on Instagram before you even brushed your damn teeth or meditated. Lots of us have obligations: families, duties, our own problems, and to put the weight of the world 24/7 on ourselves solves nothing. You will find yourself burnt out or fearful to live life. It's okay to accept you can't solve it all in a day. It's okay to be worried because these things are real and are happening, but hyper consumption of media and feeding into any anxieties won't make things better. This is the pat on the shoulder to tell you it's okay to tune or log out for the day.
2. Cut out distractions.
Other people's drama, excuses; if you know something or someone is distracting you from your path, then remove it. Disengage from drama or destructive habits or patterns. Realign with your goals through breaking it down into steps or speaking with yourself about how you want your life to be. Make a business plan, vision board, Pinterest board, SOMETHING that can help you recenter yourself and away from the said chaos of what is around you.
3. Resources? Use them.
Whether it's knowledge, service, wealth or prayer - extend to others. We often say currency but don't realize what it sounds like - a current. What we give always comes back to us in good favor one way or another. Don't do good BECAUSE you want something good to happen back to you or to brag. Do it because in your soul it feels good to help another person or give to a cause.
4. Express Gratitude.ย
The Queen is holding her gold coin. Look at your life. Look at where you are and where youโve succeeded. Look at your community, relationships, possessions, and express gratitude towards them. If it helps, make a list right now of five reasons why life is good. Text your friends to see how they are. Assess where you were one year ago compared to now. What decisions were made that make you feel proud? This is your reminder to better appreciate the great things and people in life along with having pride in your progress.
5. Change starts from within.
Learn to regulate. Learn when to unplug. Learn how you can extend a hand into the world, whether that's through your job, your family, a business, or charity. Nurture yourself, tend to actually how you feel internally. Change doesn't come when unregulated people come together. Issues in the world have started from a number of factors, and being unregulated in your presence and mindset does not make it better.
6. Tap into divine Feminine energy.ย
Use this time to tap into feminine energy. Whether you are man, woman or in between, we all have feminine energy within us. Feminine energy is the essence of creation itself. Create something and it may just be rewarded, not just in money but in security, stability, and power. Find ways to show love to yourself, such as engaging in a hobby, watching your favorite show, work in flow for a project, etc. Cry when you need to cry but don't forget to congratulate yourself. Rest is just as important as the everyday "grind". Our power comes from an elevated view of the relationship between self and the sacred.
