배송 정책
Due to sanitation reasons, all sales are final.
Thus far , our shipping days are Monday , Wednesday and Friday, unless delays / otherwise noted.
Due to COVID , please be mindful packages may take more time during transit in order to reach you. If a substantial amount of time has passed, and you have NOT received your package, please contact us via email @sepulvedacosmetics@gmail.com.
Please make sure the address you place on your order is correct. We are not responsible for the package once it is out of our hands, nor are we responsible for lost or stolen items.
You should receive a confirmation email stating your order and when a shipment label is created, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package during transit.
Please give us 1-3 business days ( not including weekends) in order to process your orders and have them shipped out to you.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the dimensions and weight and destination of the items in the customer order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
