KITTEN TALK 10 : Life is Getting Better
Hello again Kittens !!
So glad to be making another post.
I have had a lot on my mind lately, and felt the urge to share it with you all. I am sure I am not the only one dealing with this and I hope that this helps someone in some way.
The past few weeks have been really laying my ass out. I have been having trouble with sleep and waking up with anxiety. I'm not sure if anyone else experiences the type of anxiety where it feels your chest is being squeezed in and you can barely breathe- but it can be very uncomfortable.
My mind was racing a mile a minute everyday, even interrupting my nap time or meditation time. I would get intrusive thoughts while all I am trying to do is read or watch Youtube.
I found myself worrying about PrettySub, my career, finances, and things I want to do. I met an amazing person a little while ago and was even worrying about what we have going on and if I have been attentive and receptive to him as he is with me.
I was worrying, worrying , worrying.
And throughout my day I would consistently see angel numbers. I usually get the typical 1010, 111, 1212..
But I was starting to see number combinations I wouldn't usually see: 222 and 666 (though many think 666 is a bad omen, there is a more lighter meaning to it)
If you aren't familiar with angel numbers, it's usually a combination of same digit numbers or numbers you often find your eyes catching and can be anywhere. You can see 4:44 on a clock, 1212 on a license plate, 333 on a receipt etc. Some can be a combination of a bunch of numbers, such as seeing 123 or 770. Can be anything that you notice you are CONSISTENTLY seeing and probably isn't a coincidence after a while.
As I said I was starting to see 222 and 666. So I looked up the meanings on Google and YouTube. Depending on what is going on in your life, angel numbers will have different meaning, and I found myself resonating with certain ones. But I will give an example of each:
222: Represents a fresh start. Our mind is a powerful instrument that we can use to shape our lives. You may change your life by focusing on positive thoughts. Number 222 indicates that your optimistic thoughts and visualizations are soon going to come to fruition.
666: The spiritual meaning of 666 is an encouragement to refocus. Seeing 666 tells you to pay closer attention to any fixation you currently have on earthly problems and details. An obsession with getting everything right and taking things too seriously is a distraction from the bigger picture.
For me, I was having this hyperfixation on my current life circumstances. I found myself staring out blankly, and wasting time overthinking and making myself sick with worry and panic. I was feeling helpless or that things are taking slower than usual to change.
I woke up today feeling different. I believe my meditations, EFT tapping and journaling has helped me. I woke up early and did some errands. I studied Korean ( I been taking classes since the beginning of the year, and got all the answers right on my self -exam !) and had the urge to write this blog post.
I am learning that sometimes we just need to give our "problems" to the Universe ( or God, your higher-self, whatever you prefer to say) instead of over stressing ourselves to the point it kills our well-being. I believe once there is a problem, a solution is right around the corner- it's about making room to see that. When we are blinded by trying to control situations and people- we find ourselves tired and frustrated. And the problem still remains.
This is a lesson we need to remember and understand. You might not the first second or a third time, but eventually you will get it. Focus on what you want and it will all start to flow.
This is a note to not just me- but everyone reading this- just let it go.
And the solution will come to us, one way or another. Doesn't have to be the exact way you want it to be, but it's there right?
