Shipping/ Refunds/ Returns Policies

Due to COVID, please be mindful packages may take more time during transit in order to reach you. If 10 business days have passed, and you have not yet received your package, please contact us via email at prettysubcosmetics@gmail.com so we can open an investigation. 

Please make sure the address you place on your order is correct. If you need corrections done for your order please email us within 24 hours changes you would need. 

You should receive a confirmation email stating your order and when a shipment label is created, you will receive a tracking number so you can track your package as its going through transit.

Please give us 1-3 business days ( not including weekends or holidays) to process your order and 1-3 days to have them shipped out to you. Shipment and delivery are two different things. Shipping is when we prepare the order and label the package(s) and have it sent to the Post Office, delivery times depend on which shipping option you chose at checkout. 

When preparing and shipping out your your orders, during holidays or times of great order volume, processing and shipping out orders may take longer than usual but we will try our best to get it to you.

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the dimensions and weight and destination of the items in the customer order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

ATTENTION TO EU RESIDENTS

Due to latest EU/ VAT Laws as of July 1 2021,

  • All orders shipped to the EU are now subject to VAT. Until July 1st, 2021, when buyers in the EU purchase goods shipped from a country outside of that region with a total value below €22, they are exempt from paying VAT. As of July 1st, 2021, buyers will be required to pay VAT on all purchases up to €150. Import VAT and duties will continue to apply on orders above this threshold. Merchants shipping goods to EU buyers from outside of the EU can choose to collect VAT on orders below €150 to simplify the buying and shipping experience for their customers. If merchants choose not to collect VAT on exports to the EU below €150, customers will be charged upon delivery of the goods by the carrier.
  • As of July 1st, 2021, Shopify will automatically update tax settings to charge the VAT rate of the buyer’s shipping country for orders within the EU. This includes orders shipped from a fulfillment center in the EU to a location in the EU.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and help you out.

Returns/ Refunds
We do take returns !! But returns are only valid if the tamper evident sticker is not broken on the product and the packaging is in good condition. Returns are accepted 7-10 days after you have received the product. You can always contact us for any questions/concerns at prettysubcosmetics@gmail.com. If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, due to COVID safety and health concerns, we can not take returns if the item has already been opened/used. We will happily issue a refund if you received the wrong items or there is an issue with the product.
